JMK Jewellery

JMK Jewellery was set up by James Mary Kelly in 1988, and is located in the Kilkenny Design Yard. James designs and manufactures handmade jewellery for the upper end of the market, and he is very well-known and highly renowned within the industry. His product range consists of jewellery, mainly rings, pendants, bracelets and chains.  He also undertakes prestigious commission work, which in the past has included Smurfitts, the GAA (the new Mc Carthy Cup) and the ESB.  In 2006, JMK received a Capital Grant from the County Enterprise Board to assist with the purchase of the latest precision laser technology for the setting of diamonds and precious stones. There are only two other such machines in Ireland.  James also received Mentoring in Marketing and Finance from the Board’s panel of experts.
