Salespulse, promoted by Brian Kelly and Robert Downes design smart, straightforward software solutions that allow businesses to manage their information and put it to more effective use. The company’s wide range of services includes the design of information management systems; provision of sharing and tracking solutions that can be accessed instantaneously from office terminals, laptops or mobile phones; and customer service and stock control functions. Brian and Robert have worked in the IT business for the past 15 years and over the past 5 years they have developed a number of niche software products in the business, education and health sectors, working with clients such as the Health Service Executive, The Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, the VEC’s of Ireland, Cork Institute of Technology and many more. In 2006, Salespulse developed ‘Mobile Success’ - a software tracking system for the mobile phone repair service industry. The unique selling point of this system is that it interfaces with the manufacturers’s claims & reporting systems. The company received Employment Grants from the County Enterprise Board to take on additional staff to service this new service. Members of Salespulse also attended a number of Creative Thinking Workshops organised and delivered by the Board.
