The Southern & Eastern Regional Assembly in association with Kilkenny CEB are currently recruiting 5 businesses to participants on the "Fast-track to High Growth" pilot programme which is supported by the Interreg Atlant-KIS Project.
This programme will offer intensive consulting and assistance for a maximum of 5 days over a 3 month period. During these sessions, the company can expect to cover a full review of their business operations, develop a business model canvas for their organisation, identify the value proposition for their offering, and develop a strategic action plan for the following 12 months.
This programme is open to all categories and industries, excluding trade, retail, distribution and franchises. Your head office and main operations must be based in County Kilkeny. Minimum turnover €150,000.
